  Registration includes:

  • One skirted table and two chairs.

  Pricing:

  IABO Professional Member:  $425 by June 1, 2024; $500 after June 1, 2024
  Non-member:  $550 by June 1, 2024; $625 after June 1, 2024

  • Contiguous booth space is available for $150 per additional booth.
  • Electrical power is available at most booth spaces for $25

  Monday Evening Dinner - $400

  This is the premier opportunity for attendees to meet and greet our President and other members of the Board of Directors as well as the general membership of the association. This is a casual event that will offer an opportunity for attendees to ask questions to the President and Board of Directors. Your company name will be prominently displayed on an easel in the room.

  
  

  Exhibitor Show Entrance Sign - $100

  Your company name will be displayed at the top of the participating exhibitor sign. The sign will be displayed at the entrance to the Event Center, Exhibitor Show.

  
  

  Exhibitor Lunch (Monday 12 - 1 p.m.) - $400

  Your company name will be prominently displayed at the food table, in the Event Center, as the sponsor of the exhibitor show lunch. Note that the builder public is invited to attend this lunch as well as association members.

  
  

  Exhibitor Reception Cash Bar - $300

  Your name will be displayed at the bar as the sponsor of the evening's reception.

  Hospitality Suite (each evening) - $100 per evening

  An opportunity for all convention attendees to socialize in a casual atmosphere with refreshments, snacks and games provided.

  
  

  Education Scholarship LIVE Auction - $100

  The Education Scholarship exists to award scholarship money to individuals attending a college or trade school. The live auction will take place following the Banquet dinner.  Your company name will be prominently displayed during that time as one of the sponsors.

  
  

  Exhibitor Sponsored Raffle - $100 per prize

  All attendees are responsible for reserving and paying for their own hotel rooms.  This is a small hotel so please book your room soon if you prefer to be in the host hotel.  Once the host hotel is booked, information on the second hotel will be made available.
  

  Please call the hotel to book your room and let them know you are with Indiana Code Education Conference in order to receive the room rate of $115 plus taxes/fees.  The deadline to book your room is August 16, 2024.  Rooms cannot be guaranteed if reservations are not made in advance.  Room cancellation is the responsibility of the individual.

  
  

  Hotel Cancellation: Any hotel room cancellations are the responsibility of the registrant and must be made by the hotel's cancellation deadline.
  

  
  

  Conference Cancellation Policy - Conference cancellations must be received in writing no later than Friday, September 6 to avoid penalty.  All late cancellations and no shows will billed for 50% of the registration fee.  Faxed cancellations must be verified they were received.  It is the responsibility of the registrant to make the verification.  Emergencies will be dealt with on an individual basis.
